Dental Insurance Information

We would like to provide a clarification about "dental insurance".  "Dental insurance" is really more like a maintenance or benefit plan.  Unlike health insurance, there is a rather low maximum of how much the company will pay, usually between $1,500 and $2,000 per year.  (This amount of reimbursement has not really gone up since the 1970's)

We are happy to work with all PPO and dental benefit plans, however we are currently only contracted with:  Anthem Cigna, Guardian and MetLife.  For all other plans, we would be considered "out of network".  We can get fairly accurate pre-estimates for what your benefit plan will pay toward your treatment.  Your dental benefit plan may not cover all the procedures you need, subsequently, you would be responsible for payments for such procedures, as well as for amounts that go over your limits.  We try very hard to make sure you are well informed about fees and limits.
